More than 60 of podlaskie municipalities with co-financing for photovoltaics and solar collectors 10.11.2017

IMG_7038The largest subsidies for the use of solar energy, which are photovoltaic installations and solar collectors on the homes of the inhabitants will go to the Mońki commune – 1.59 million PLN, the Czeremcha commune – 1.55 million PLN, but also to Zambrow – 1.49 million PLN and to Augustow – 1,47 million PLN. The Board of the Podlaskie Voivodeship has just approved the first list of projects for co-financing. By the end of November, contracts with beneficiaries should be signed.
The first list of projects includes the results of the projects evaluation in terms of using the solar energy. This list includes 62 investments of podlaskie self-governments. Their total value is 109.2 million PLN. The subsidy from RPOWP amounts 70.3 million PLN.
In response to the contest from Measure 5.1 Energetics based on renewable energy sources more than 360 applications for co-financing were received. This is the record in terms of number of applications submitted in the current and the previous program.
Within the framework of the competition, grants for the implementation of various types of RES projects were available:
· Energetics based on renewable energy sources (renewable energy: solar energy).
· Energetics based on renewable energy sources (use of renewable energy for own needs).
· Investments in the field of construction of new units or increasing power of units of generating electricity and heat from RES with connection to the distribution / transmission network.
· Projects on the development of the productive infrastructure of biocomponents and biofuels.
The applicants could have been, among others, local governments, entrepreneurs, agricultural producers and producer groups, community and housing associations, non-governmental organizations.
Other projects are still being evaluated. Subsequent results will be known in December 2017 (construction and increasing power of units of generating electricity from RES and manufacturing infrastructure of biocomponents and biofuels) and in March 2018 (using RES for own needs).
