SOLAR COLLECTORS

IMG_5775The task of the solar collector is to convert solar radiation into heat, which is commonly used for domestic water heating, but also as a temporary support for the central heating and for heating swimming pools.
The location of solar collector should be individualized so that the sun will focus on the plate of the collector as long as possible. Generally it is placed on the roof or on the South side of the wall.
Contrary to belief, solar energy systems operate not only on sunny summer days; they function successfully when the rays from the sun are spread out, and when the temperature outside is low.
In addition to the economic effect which solar collectors give (a solar heating system covers 60-70% of the demand for domestic hot water), they also serve to protect the environment. The ecological effect is so obvious that it is the main measure of financial support given by the National Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management. The Fund assumes that emissions of CO2 will be reduced by tens of thousands of tons per year just by the mere number of collectors installed.

The company OPTIMA POLAND offers collectors of fourth generation.

Here are the most important reasons why our collectors are worth buying:

– they have not been exposed to earlier defects: they don’t generate super heating problems, neither do they require additional securities during downtime,
– meandering structure of the heat exchanger ensures an equal flow of the heating medium, as well as allowing efficient Low-Flow (function of the minimum flow rate),
– very good drain properties on the sun – when the stagnation occurs, they don’t overheat glycol,
– high solar profits – we use an aluminum metal sheet, which is coated with a highly selective absorber and copper tubes, through which flows glycol solution; probably the most difficult technological way of producing solar collectors is to combine copper and aluminum in a way, that there wouldn’t be a mutual destruction of these metals,
– they are entirely manufactured in Europe, gora
– every stage of their production is monitored by a detailed control system,
– high quality of components used for the production (for example, toughened glass of prismatic structure) which provide durability and resistance to both mechanical damage and weather,
– fully prepared mounting kits with perfectly matched components guarantee the ease and short time for installation,
– each model of the solar collector has a quality mark, Keymark, given in the independent accredited laboratory; this mark indicates compliance of products with the relevant EU standards.
